We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

5. Liability

Top Tool Handyman is insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or materials provided by the customer.

6. Warranty

We guarantee our labor for 30 days. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or issues caused by customer-supplied parts.
